I have come across a number of academic papers, news articles and videos which detail the use of virtual reality for sound planning urban spaces. this technique is used to eliminate noise pollution and increase the quality of life for those living in urban spaces. I found this video very interesting In how it develops the technology and I could use this for a case study.
