Field recordings

A large component for the sound of this piece is natural sounds coming from field recordings and animals. For this I wanted to record these myself so I went to my family home in the countryside as gathering rural sounds from London is hard without interference from the city. I recorded from a few different places to acquire atmospheres which would fit. I used my Zoom H4n to record these sounds, it has a X-Y configuration microphone which is good for capturing atmospheres

Here are a few spots I recorded from, I also had a few more spaces recorded just to make sure I had enough to work with.
