C-Drik Fermont

Cerdrik Fermont is a Composer, musician, mastering engineer, author, independent researcher, concert organiser, curator who operates in the field of noise, electronic and experimental music since 1989. He explores electronic, experimental and noise music from Asia and Africa.

His research looks into the history surrounding electronic and experimental music from around the world and how western music has access to these places but not vice versa. Distribution varies differently from these areas.

I enjoyed Cedrik lecture, I am currently looking into some of their writings and thinking about incorporating ideas of this into my own work.
