Installation idea

I have been looking at a few concepts however one has caught my attention. I found this video displaying string Oscillating at its resonant frequency. It is displaying its wave form visually and when paired with a strobe at the same frequency it appears to stop moving. This is a really instresting concept. a slight variation in frequency can produce different waveforms and with the strobe it can change how the sting looks while moving. I want to experiment with this idea. In the context of a musical piece this would be a good way to visualise the wave forms in a 3d space.
